Design Services & Remodeling: 

After your Consultation & Design appointment, you will have the option to proceed with conceptual designs of your project consisting of floorplan, elevations and perspectives to capture the project scope. These drawings will become property of the homeowner to do with as they please once the design rights are purchased.

The homeowner has the option to proceed with a full estimate of their project scope by having tradesmen and women conduct a walk through for real pricing of your project (no ballparks!). Budget and final selections will round out the proposal. Once you have your proposal, you may choose to begin the renovation process by signing the proposal.

$200/hr Billable rate for Consultation
Design Retainer $1,000 - $3,500 based on project scope

Cabinet estimates can be done to meet your design style and budget by providing Decorum Interior Design with your design
